Donald J. Carr

President, Argyle Corrections Group

Donald J. CarrDon Carr is President of the Argyle Corrections Group. He has been with the previous ISI Security Group for over 16 years and is involved in various aspects of the company's strategic growth.

Prior to this, he was at American Detention Services, Inc. as a Project Manager. Earlier, he was at Southern Steel Company as their Director of Contract Administration. Before that, he was at Stone Construction Company, Inc. as their General Superintendent/Project Manager. He started his career with Fleetwood Construction Company, Inc. as a Project Manager.

Carr received his degree from Saint Edwards University at Austin, Texas.

 

Mark McDonald

Chief Technology Officer, Argyle Corrections Group

Mark McDonaldMark McDonald is Chief Technology Officer of Argyle Corrections Group. McDonald is part of the Division's leadership team and oversees a significant portion of the group's strategic programs. McDonald is well respected in the security industry and among the large customer base.

Prior to this, McDonald was General Manager at Dilok, Inc. Earlier, he was with Edwards Company
as a Services Manager.

McDonald received his Associate of Arts degree in electronics from Chabot College, Hayward, California

 

David Deason

Vice President of Sales, Argyle Corrections Group

David DeasonDavid Deason is Vice President of Sales for Argyle Corrections Group. His experience and knowledge in this industry has propelled him to this role. He brings more than 24 years of industry experience and leadership in both the detention and commercial markets.

In his extensive career, his roles have varied from construction project management, to design build sales. Previously, he founded and served as the Executive Vice President of JMAR/Matney Corporation, dba Southern Systems, a commercial building supply company based in Houston and Austin that generated annual sales of $21M.

Before that, Deason was responsible for Vauter Wood Door Company, which is a subsidiary of JMAR/Matney Corporation with annual sales in excess of $3M. Some of Deason's accomplishments include developing a full in-house commercial hollow metal shop which was capable of bending and fabricating custom frames and doors. His ability to successfully complete targeted projects while managing staff has allotted him much success in each of his business endeavors.

 

Sam Youngblood

President, ISI Detention & President and Chief Executive Officer of Argyle Security, Inc.

Sam YoungbloodSam Youngblood is President and Chief Executive Officer of Argyle Security, Inc. He also serves as President of ISI Detention, a Business Unit under Argyle Corrections Group. Youngblood was CEO and Founder of ISI Security Group and was instrumental in its acquisition by Argyle Security, Inc.

Previously, he was President and CEO of Adtec, Inc., a detention hardware company ranked as the ninth fastest growing public company in America in 1989. He also held a 10-year tenure at Southern Steel, most recently as President and was instrumental in turning around the company through introduction of new detention hardware product.

Youngblood received his BBA in Accounting with a Minor in Finance from Baylor University.

 

Mike Peterson

President, PDI

Mike PetersonMike Peterson is President of PDI, a Business Unit under Argyle Corrections Group.

A respected industry veteran, Peterson started PDI with his brother Leonard Peterson over 30 years ago. After receiving a Business and Finance degree from Cal State Fullerton, Peterson worked in accounting prior to starting up PDI.

Over the years, Peterson has built PDI into a customer-centric organization that is recognized as a market leader in detention furniture, accessories and barriers. He led PDI's growth as a metal fabricator into a premier supplier of detention products, while developing products for the detention industry. Peterson will continue to play a strong leadership role at PDI.

 

Jeff Paulik

President, Com-Tec Security

Jeff Paulik is President of Com-Tec Security, LLC, a Business Unit under Argyle Corrections Group.

He brings more than 30 years of technical experience in the security electronics marketplace specializing in correctional electronic control systems. A well regarded industry leader, Jeff Paulik has guided teams of professionals with a long-standing reputation for outstanding customer service and on-time performance. Prior to his role as President, he served as Vice President of Sales for Com-Tec Inc. and started his career as Technical Sales Representative.
