Robert Davies is Chairman of Argyle Security, Inc. and will serve on the Audit Committee.

Davies is part of MML Capital Partners, an independent investment firm.

Dean H. Blythe

Director

Dean H. Blythe is a Director of Argyle Security, Inc.

Blythe is Managing Director of TDF Ventures LLC, an advisory and investment firm he founded in 2000. He has also served in several critical leadership roles at Harte-Hanks, Inc., a targeted marketing services company, from November 2001 through December 2008 as President and Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President – Legal and Secretary. Before that, Blythe was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Concero, Inc., an information technology consulting firm.

Earlier, he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Secretary and General Counsel of Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc., an owner and operator of television stations.
