Marbut was also the CEO of Argyle Television Holding, Inc., a $700 million strategic buildup of a private television group; Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Argyle Television, Inc., a strategic buildup Nasdaq Company; Co-Founder, Chairman and Co-CEO of Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc., which became the second largest non-network owned television group (NYSE:HTV). He is also the Executive Chairman of Electronics Line 3000 LTD, an international security company listed on the Frankfurt exchange, a significant factor in the European and Asian intrusion security markets with a presence in the U.S. intrusion and video surveillance markets. Marbut is the founder and former CEO of its wholly-owned subsidiary, SecTecGLOBAL, Inc. He is also a General Partner of Argyle Global Opportunities, LLP, (2000-Present). Earlier, Marbut was President and CEO of Harte-Hanks Communications, Inc. (NYSE:HHS), where he transformed it from a family-owned Texas newspaper company into a Fortune 500 company with 50 consecutive quarters of EPS growth, compounding at 17%, and later leading the management group in a successful LBO. He currently serves as Director of: Valero Energy Corp. (NYSE:VLO), Tupperware Corp. (NYSE:TUP) and Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc. (NYSE:HTV). Marbut is credited for being instrumental in raising over $4 billion of capital over the course of his career for a variety of companies, in which he served as a senior executive and investor. Marbut received his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a BIE from Georgia Tech. He is also a former Air Force Officer. Ron Chaimovski, Vice-Chairman and Co-CEO
He also serves as Vice Chairman of Electronics Line 3000 LTD (Frankfurt Prime Standard:ELN), and continues to be a General Partner of Argyle Global Opportunities, LLP. Chaimovski is also well known and respected for having served as the Israel Economic Minister to North America from 1998-2001. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Transplan Enterprises Group, an investment company specializing in technology. He is the Former Managing Partner of a Tel Aviv-based law firm specializing in business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities markets (including IPOs), contracts and international transactions. Chaimovski received his LL.M. Commercial and Corporate Law degree from the London University and completed his LL.B. Law Studies at the Tel Aviv University. Campbell currently serves as a Managing Director of Rothschild North America, Inc., the U.S.-based asset management, investment banking, real estate advisor and brokerage "arm" of U.K. financial services provider, N M Rothschild &amsp; Sons. Previously, Campbell was at Credit Suisse First Boston where he was a Managing Director in the Private Finance Group, which focused on senior and mezzanine debt for large and mid-cap companies. Campbell began his career at Teachers Insurance ("TIAA"). Additionally, Campbell currently serves on the Boards of Guardian Life Insurance, Spartech Corporation and the Georgetown University Board of Regents. He has a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University and an MBA from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Walter J. Klein, DirectorWalter J. Klein is a Director of Argyle Security Inc. and will serve as Chair of the Audit Committee. Klein, who is retired currently serves on the Board of Spartech Corporation, as Chair of its Audit Committee. Earlier, he worked at Stepan Company, most recently as Vice President of Finance. Stepan Company, a producer of specialty and intermediate chemicals, has more than $1 billion in revenues and is listed on the NYSE. The company has operations in the U.S., Mexico, Columbia, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and the Philippines. Klein began his financial career at Arthur Anderson LLP. He has a BBA and an MBA. from Loyola University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). General (Ret.) Wesley Clark, Director
He is also the Chairman and CEO of Wesley K. Clark & Associates, a business services and development firm. He is also Chairman of Rodman & Renshaw, a full service investment bank with an active practice specializing in biotech and security. General (Ret.) Wesley Clark has 38 years of experience with the U.S. military, where he retired as a Four-Star General. He served as Supreme Allied Commander of NATO and as Commander-in-Chief for the United States European Command and as the Director of the Pentagon's Strategic Plans and Policy operation. He graduated from the United States Military Academy and is a Rhodes Scholar from Magdalene College at the University of Oxford. John J. ("Chip") Smith, Director
He is also Director of Security for the Bank of New York, supervising a multinational staff focusing on the investigation and prevention of fraud-related activities, as well as the physical protection of corporate assets, employees, customers and executives. He has 24 years of experience in the U.S. Secret Service, culminating in an appointment as Special Agent in Charge of the New York field office, the Secret Service's largest office. He received an MS and BS in Criminal Justice from West Chester University. |
