Don Neville

Executive Vice President, CFO and CAO

Don Neville is the Executive Vice President, CFO and CAO at Argyle Security.

Most recently, he served as CFO, ClearCube Technology, a global leader of Blade PCs and associated management software. There he managed revenue growth from $11M in 2003 to a $65M run rate in 2006. He is credited as being instrumental in raising $50M in venture backed equity financing, $9M in subordinated debt and $14M in senior financing; CFO, Tanisys Technology, a manufacturer and distributor of semiconductor production equipment and software; CEO and CFO, Mall.com, a VC-backed online e-tailer; CFO, and Harvard Technologies. Before that, he was President/CFO at Technology, Manufacturing and Design, Inc. Prior to that, he was CFO at Plasmaco, Inc. Earlier in his career, he was Audit Manager/CPA at Deloitte & Touche. He also is a Partner at Tatum, LLC (1999-Present).

Neville’s extensive 20-year career includes direct experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, international technology joint ventures, public and private offerings, turnaround situations and SEC reporting.

He has a BS in Accounting from Fordham University. He is a former Captain in the United States Army Reserves.
