Sam Youngblood

CEO

Sam Youngblood is the CEO.

Previously, he was President and CEO of Adtec, Inc., a detention hardware company ranked as the ninth fastest growing public company in America in 1989. He also held a 10-year tenure at Southern Steel, most recently as President and was instrumental in turning around the company through introduction of new detention hardware product.

Youngblood received his BBA in Accounting with a Minor in Finance from Baylor University.

Richard Watts

Chief Financial Officer

Richard Watts is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Argyle Security, Inc.

Watts has more than 18 years of experience in financial reporting with a strong knowledge of project accounting. Watts was previously Vice President and Corporate Controller for GSE Lining Technology. Prior to that, he was Corporate Controller of XServ, Inc., a specialty maintenance contractor. Before that, he was with Champagne Webber Inc., a highway construction company also as Corporate Controller.

Watts is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. he earned his BSc in Accounting from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana.

Matthew A. Kepke

Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Matthew A. Kepke is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Argyle Security, Inc. Kepke has been a practicing attorney since 2001.

Prior to joining Argyle, he was a Senior Associate at Loeb & Loeb LLP. As part of the firm's Corporate Department, he was a member of the Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Governance Practice Groups. Before joining Loeb, Kepke was an Associate at Jenkens & Gilchrist Parker Chapin LLP.

Kepke has spent his entire career representing both public and private companies on general corporate and securities matters, with particular emphasis on representing U.S. and foreign corporations including emerging private corporations. Kepke's representation has included securities offerings, private and public company mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as the preparation and review of periodic, quarterly, and annual reports. He brings experience in advising clients on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, as well as, market compliance rules. Kepke also has banking and lending experience that includes representation of commercial banks, finance companies and borrowers in connection with a variety of financing transactions.

Kepke earned his JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Cleveland, OH, where he was an Associate Editor of Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine and secured his BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI. Kepke is a member of the New York State Bar.
