He also serves as Vice Chairman of Electronics Line 3000 LTD (Frankfurt Prime Standard:ELN), and continues to be a General Partner of Argyle Global Opportunities, LLP. Chaimovski is also well known and respected for having served as the Israel Economic Minister to North America from 1998-2001. He is also the Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Transplan Enterprises Group, an investment company specializing in technology. He is the Former Managing Partner of a Tel Aviv-based law firm specializing in business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities markets (including IPOs), contracts and international transactions. Chaimovski received his LL.M. Commercial and Corporate Law degree from the London University and completed his LL.B. Law Studies at the Tel Aviv University. He is a Former Naval Officer where he was the Commanding Officer of a ship and Commanding Officer of a flotilla. |
