Argyle Corrections Group and Argyle Commercial Security Group

After successfully closing the ISI transaction in 2007, with ISI Security Group becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Argyle Security, the Company reorganized to best serve its North America customers with full support from its employee-management team. This is part of Argyle Security, Inc.’s strategy to become a leading global provider of services and solutions in the physical electronic security industry by targeting opportunities in selected commercial, governmental and correctional sectors while leveraging the valuable brands and channels of those businesses that join Argyle.

Argyle Security, Inc. developed two divisions in the corrections and commercial sectors in February 2008 to be in an even stronger position to grow organically, retain its loyal customer base while further broadening its foot print and accelerating growth in the security market across the USA. This approach is valuable to customers as it utilizes all levels of the Company to better serve the industry.

The two Divisions, which are Argyle Corrections Group and Argyle Commercial Security Group, support Argyle with world-class industry expertise through its Business Units that are recognized by customers as providers of industry-leading physical electronic security solutions and services.

Together, it has a broad range of public and private sector customers that benefit from the Company’s market leadership in key vertical markets and channel segments, which include video surveillance, access control, perimeter protection, intrusion protection, fire detection and threat analysis, among others. Each Business Unit serves as a single source for a wide range of security solutions, utilizing both proprietary and third-party products.

Argyle Corrections Group

Argyle Corrections Group is one of the largest providers of correctional equipment products and service solutions, including electronic security systems. These systems consist of unique engineering competencies and software products.

Its Business Units include: ISI Detention, MCS (Metroplex Control Systems) Detention, PDI and Com-Tec Security.

Argyle Commercial Security Group

Argyle Commercial Security Group focuses on the commercial security sector and provides turnkey electronic security systems to the commercial market.

Its Business Units include: MCS (Metroplex Control Systems) Commercial Fire & Security and Argyle Federal Systems.
